Came across another Mister Cartoon creation, but this one doesn't involve needles, ink, and skin. This time, he put his heart and soul in the customization of this Lowrider. It doesn't matter how famous the customizer is, but when it comes to Lowriders, they all follow the same principle- to put blood, sweat, and tears (and also individuality) when it comes to customizations.
