Bernie's Car Show Coverage: Caffeine and Octane: June 2015

Jun 11, 2015

This past Sunday was Atlanta's most dependable car show, Caffeine and Octane. Held in the parking lot of Perimeter Mall, cars from all over came to be a part of this show. There were vintage cars, old schools, exotic cars, luxury cars, import cars, American muscle, and even a former New York City fire truck.

Bernie's Car Show Coverage: Caffeine and Octane: October 2014

Oct 7, 2014

October 5th was the 10th Caffeine and Octane of the year. Held outside of Atlanta, in Alpharetta, this is   the type of car show you want to come to if you want to see a new Ferrari 458 or if you wanted to see an old Chevy Bel-Air and all points in between. Enough talking, since I did plenty of that at the show, and I'll show off my few shots...

I'm practicing the whole less is more approach and not being so blunt. Why there's only a few photos, I'll save for a later date. I know my Caffeine and Exotics gallery will have more, and we all know that my SEMA coverage will have hundreds upon hundreds of photos.

Bernie's Car Show Coverage: Caffeine and Octane: August 2014

Aug 11, 2014

On August 3rd, Caffeine and Octane held it's eighth show of  2014.  Dubbed Atlanta's Best Car Show, this show doesn't fail to disappoint. This month had a lot of old school/vintage cars in attendance, so that's why I'm mostly showing off old cars, and maybe a few toys that Butler Tire brought.

Bernie's Car Show Coverage: Caffeine and Octane- June 2014

Jun 4, 2014

Every first Sunday morning of each and every month, Caffeine and Octane occurs. Held outside of Atlanta in Alpharetta, GA, this meetup has all sorts of different vehicles and enthusiasts show up. Whether you like old school cars, vintage cars, muscle cars, exotic cars, luxury cars, etc, there is something for everyone. June 1st was the 6th Caffeine and Octane of 2014, and this month was pretty good. At first, I hesitated with if I was going to go because of the rain that occured a few hours ago, but luckily the weather cleared and this month's meetup went off without a hitch.

A 1936 Mercedes Benz. But that's not the only vintage Benz that showed up...

I know I posted this on Instagram, but the owner of this Mercedes Benz 500K is the coolest woman. She received this Benz in January and her goal is to turn this into her daily driver. Although she doesn't drive it on 400 (State highway in north Atlanta. Same highway that I always drive 90 mph), she takes it to go grocery shopping and running errands. In a city that believes in keeping pp with the Jonses', it is always refreshing to meet someone who wants to be different.

Here's something you don't see everyday. Butler Tire brought a Mercedes Benz E55 Wagon on TSW Alloy Wheels.

Butler Tire also brought this gold Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

One of the vehicles I loved the most was this convertible Dodge Challenger.

Old school Pontiac Grand Prix

One enthusiast brought a 1917 Stephens. 6 cylinders and 40 horsepower. I'm hoping he keeps it for another 3 years. I did include a photo of the specs in my gallery.

An original VW Beetle.

This was the first time I've seen this, but an enthusiast brought an infamous Porsche Carrera GT- ironically it's in red.
