On November 21st, I made my faithful return to Orlando for the season finale of the Big Rim Car Culture, known as Florida Classic Weekend.
The next day after SEMA ended, I found myself somewhere in Vegas at the Nostalgia Street Rods for the 2025 Goldstrom's Classic Car Show. Last year, I was shopping right before my flight and I saw a sign outside of the mall that said "Classic Car Show" with an address. So, I decided to drive there. I only spent about 30 minutes there, but I was able to gather much needed information to plan correctly for the following year.
The following year came, and on November 8th, I stayed true to my word and returned to the show with more time to spare. What I learned by spending more time at the show was that the Goldstrom's Classic Car Show was named after Art Goldstrom who was a legendary Las Vegas native who had a massive classic car collection. Basically as someone from the East Coast, I made the right decision by coming to this show.
On November 4th, I made my faithful return to the Las Vegas Convention Center to attend the 2025 SEMA Show, which happened to be my 15th consecutive SEMA Show. (I refuse to acknowledge SEMA 360)
10 years ago, if you would've told me that one of the most amazing car shows is in Indianapolis and that I would actually look forward to going to Indiana, I would've thought you were lying. On September 20th, I made my return to Indianapolis to attend MidwestFest 9.
On August 10th, I was able to cross a show that's been on my list for years... I went back home to attend the 2025 Drastic Car Club BBQ.
One day after the Certified Summer Car Show, I attended my first (but it was the second annual) New Atlanta Car Show.
On a somewhat hot July 26th, 2025, I found myself at the Atlanta Expo Center South for the 2025 Certified Summer Car Show. Thankfully it wasn't as hot as it was the previous year, cause we all know that weather and the Certified Summer Car Show sometimes doesn't work well together.
After all of the fun I had last year, on July 19th, I made my return to the metro-Chicago area to attend Chitown Show n Go 8.
One day after the Rick Ross Car Show, Official Street Whipz held their annual King of the South Mega Show. In all fairness, the date for this show was announced months prior to the Rick Ross Car Show.
The block party started about two hours before the Rick Ross Car Show ended and it wasn't far from the show. Unfortunately by the time I made it over there, it was completely packed and I couldn't find a place to park where I wouldn't have to worry about getting towed.
The next day was the main event, which was held at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. After spending the past five years judging, I enjoyed my break and got to check out all of the cars that were a part of the show. One thing about this show is that it doesn't matter how many times I attend, I will always come across vehicles that I've never seen before.
And much like last year, just because the King of the South show was the day after the Rick Ross Car Show, it doesn't mean that the same cars came to both shows. There were cars that were at both shows and there were cars that went to one show but not the other.
So what did I see???
