Bernie's Car Show Coverage: Caffeine and Exotics- November 2014
Nov 24, 2014
Taking a break from the SEMA Coverage to post coverage from the final Caffeine and Exotics of 2014. Held at Lenox Square Mall in the Buckhead section of Atlanta, Caffeine and Exotics is the show where you want to see all exotics and luxury cars under one roof-- I mean-- in one parking lot.
The final show of the year didn't fall short by far. Normally there's one star of the show, but this month had two stars.
The first star(s) were the twin black BMW i8s that showed up at the show. For many of the attendees it was their first time seeing the i8s, but fortunately I was able to see it when BMW debuted it at the New York Auto Show earlier this year. New York saw it in April. Atlanta... November. Just being honest.
The other stars of the show was these two Lotus Espirits. The backstory to these Espirits is that they were in the 1977 James Bond film "The Spy Who Loved Me". The Espirit on the left was featured in the land scenes and the one on the right was for the underwater scenes. More photos are below...
I love stuff like this. Let's continue with the rest of the show.
This post wasn't as photo heavy as it usually is. I was still focusing on my SEMA coverage at the time. For more photos, check out Bernie's November 2014 Caffeine and Exotics Gallery.
Bernie's Car Show Coverage: Caffeine and Exotics: October 2014...
Oct 22, 2014

On October 19th, Atlanta held it's fourth Caffeine and Exotics in the Buckhead section of the city. This month's show had a pair of special guests. Not one, but two Lamborghini green Huracans arrived at the show. I felt cheated because the Huracans didn't debut at the New York Auto Show, so I had to wait until they debuted everywhere else and then it found its way to Atlanta... I'm slightly spoiled.

Aside from the Huracans stealing the show (let's be honest, they totally did) the usual suspects showed up- Porsches, Maseratis, Corvette C7 Stingrays, Teslas, Rolls Royces, the other Lamborghini models, Ferraris, Ford GT, Aston Martins, BMWs, Mercedes Benz, Nissan GTRs, Bentleys, basically everything that you would expect an Exotic car show to have. Without further ado, here's my coverage...

And finally for the first time ever at Caffeine and Exotics...
A Ford Shelby actually showed up.To see the rest of my pics, check out Bernie's Caffeine and Exotics: October 2014 Gallery. And next month is the final one of the year...

Bernie's Car Show Coverage: Caffeine and Exotics: September 2014

| Side note... I really wanted to use the Sprinkles Cupcake ATM to get a cupcake. But I've cheated on my eating clean journey one too many times. |
On September 21st, Caffeine and Exotics held their third car show of the season at Buckhead's Lenox Square Mall. Spectators got to get somewhat up close and personal with some of the best exotic and luxury cars that Atlanta had to offer. From various Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Mercedes, a sprinkle of Aston Martins, BMWs, the coveted Nissan GTRs, to the ultimate exotic vehicle, there were several millions of dollars that were admired.
Enough talking, I know you're ready to see what I'm about to show off...
This Rossion Q1 was pretty exotic, however...
...This boat car took the cake.
And I'm still in love with this car. I hope the owner didn't see me stalking it.
This Aston Martin Vantage looked perfect in white. There was a black one there, but it didn't have the same oomph as this one.
The Devil made an appearence, but no one seemed to mind.
I know I posted my exotic love of my life earlier, but I fell in love with this matte black Ferrari F430.
I'm not a Porsche person (too small), but this one looked great. I need room to breathe in my car... all 5'2 and a half of me.
This Dodge Viper wearing Lexani Wheels was a crowd favorite. I don't think anyone cared about the black one that showed up.
