Bernie's Car Show Coverage: 2021 Arizona Supershow

Apr 7, 2021

On March 27th, 2021, I walked into State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ to experience my first Arizona Supershow. I didn't know what to expect, I just expected a lot of Lowriders, half of the attendees will be in either car club or Chicano attire and that the show is both an indoor and outdoor show. And I was right...

Once I saw this van, I knew I was in for a treat. There were lots and lots of lowriders both inside and out. Car clubs that came from as close as Phoenix and traveled from states such as California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and Utah (yes, I saw lowriders from Utah. I was shocked... remember I'm from New York) ... and yes they brought their cars with them. I was reunited with some vehicles that I've seen before but the majority of the show was new.

Two vehicles that I've was reunited with. I will say this, this was the closest I was ever able to get to this Navigator. Thank goodness they didn't have the elaborate display this time. I love getting close to lowriders because I want to see the detail. I understand the displays are also designed to keep people away, but sometimes... you just want to get up close and personal, WITHOUT touching the car.

Enough talking because I know you wanna see some photos...

Needless to say, I wasn't disappointed. Although I didn't get to see the one Lowrider that I'm still waiting to see in person (Double Trouble), I was completely happy with attending the Arizona Supershow. To see the rest of the photos, check out Bernie's 2021 Arizona Supershow gallery

P.S. I'm still editing photos. There's still about 200 photos that will get uploaded into the gallery.
